Sometimes, the Only Way Out is Straight Through

Our natural instinct when faced with something scary is to head in the other direction. While that provides a feeling of safety and relief in the short term, in the long term our brain gets the signal that the only thing we can do in scary situations is turn away from them. This makes us less likely to take on new challenges and can leave us living in a much smaller and restricted world. Facing the scary thing and going straight towards it is ScaryAF, but the rewards for doing so FAR outweigh that fear.

If you‘re tired of giving your life over to the fear and want to smash through some scary sh*t, hit the Work With Me link in the menu above. 💪🏼
